What Is FOCUSED and FIERCE?
Group training keeps the cost down and the sessions fun! You are paired with 4-5 other females that are focused on becoming the best version of themselves. You don't need to spend hundreds of dollars per session to get the results you are looking for.
Coaching & Accountability
Sessions are 45 minutes long. I focus on weight lifting with added plyos to keep your heart rate elevated during your session. I am here to help you reach your goals. I make sure you show up and get your workout in. Everyone needs a little accountability in their life. At the end of the day, your success is the results of what you DOEveryone is welcome!
