What is BURNOUT to BALANCE?

Workout Program

You will follow an 12 week workout program. You have the choice to choose between an at home dumbbell only program or a program for the gym.

Nutrition Guidance

Let me teach you how to enjoy the foods that you LOVE while adding some more nutritious options and a structured program on a day to day basis. 

Coaching

You will receive 1-on-1 check ins with me. Your check ins include customized responses, support and any adjustments to protocols  that may be needed throughout the 12 

weeks.

Support

You gain access to a private facebook group and group chat. You will connect with other women dedicated to their health and fitness JUST LIKE YOU!

GETTING STARTED: Sign Up
Purchase the Burnout to Balance Program Above. Claim your spot. There are limited spots available. Spots are first come first serve. 

BEFORE YOU START: Getting Prepared

Prior to start date... you will receive a quick questionnaire that you will fill out and send back to me. January 15th you will receive an email with instructions on how to download and create an account on the app. January 17th your program will be uploaded to your app. This will include your 12-week workout program, customized macro goals, daily goals, and access to group chat. Along with the app you will receive a on boarding email that includes a a welcome letter, the "Macros 101" e-book, and Welcome Letter.  

DURING THE 12 WEEKS: Check Ins & Protocol Updates

Along with your protocols you will receive a scheduled check in calendar and an attached questionnaire check in sheet you will send every check in. You will check in with me on your assigned day for the next 12 weeks. During these check ins we will evaluate where you are and I will make any adjustments needed. We will talk about your struggles and accomplishments. For the next 12 weeks I will work closely with you on helping you set sustainable goals and guide you to find the balance and achieve the results you are looking for. 
AT THE END OF THE PROGRAM: you will....
Have the knowledge you need to continue your fitness journey on your own. You will feel freedom from food and finally be able to enjoy all the foods you love while meeting your goals. You will feel confident in your own body. You will see and feel the results you have been wanting, and be able to maintain it after this program ends.
