Guess What? You don't have to go through this journey alone. I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails.

 

My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. Once it becomes natural to snack on something healthier, or when you wake up and want to go to the gym without it feeling like a chore, thats when you know you have made it.

Customized Workouts

I take the time to customize workouts based on your current lifestyle. The customization includes number of workouts a week, types of workouts, at home or gym workouts, and length of workouts. I create a customized program that works for your life and is manageable with your current commitments. 

Weekly Check Ins 

You will receive a weekly, in depth check in with me. We will go over current protocols and make any adjustments needed based on your weekly progress. These check ins will go over struggles throughout the week, accomplishments throughout the week, and goal setting. I spend quality time on each check in and make sure all of your questions are answered and you are prepared and set up for another successful week.

Nutritional Guidance

I will teach you how to track macros and/or calorie counting. This will give you the flexibility to eat the foods you love and still reach your goals. You will not feel restricted, I let you eat what you want as long as it fits within your goals. You will learn to live a healthy lifestyle while still having a social life and creating a healthy relationship with food. Updates to protocols and calorie/macro goals made weekly (as needed).

Customized Cardio

I create a customized cardio schedule for you that will help you achieve your overall goal. Nutrition is our first focus when it comes to your goals, but with added cardio and weight lifting I will put together the perfect combo of all three to help you reach your physical goal.
